  7. Winfo Pro is a personal information manager (PIM). It will manage your
  8. phonebooks, both personal and business, and allow you to dial an entry.
  9. It also contains a calendar, to do list, and several database formats to
  10. keep track of many other things. You can inventory your valuables;
  11. catalog your videos, music collection and software library; make a
  12. shopping list; store recipes, and much more.

  14. Installation requires little disk space. Once started you will have the
  15. sample phonebook on screen. You can change the view of this and all the
  16. other screens that you see. View personal or business contacts, or both.

  18. Using Winfo Pro's Design feature you can fully customize your databases.
  19. Create your own, or change one of the existing databases. Add or delete
  20. fields, set up the screen to your specifications, even change text font
  21. and color, and background screen color.

  23. Winfo Pro comes with: predefined Phone Book and Address Manager,
  24. Calendar with integrated To Do Lists, Alarms, Customizable Views,
  25. Reports, and Screens, plus much more. In all there are 11 predefined
  26. databases. Alarm features several dozen sounds that will play to remind
  27. you of an event. Hear anything from 1812 Overture and Oh Christmas Tree,
  28. to Wedding Song and Marsellaise.

  30. The program supports color printing, and has extensive printing
  31. capabilities that include: Saddle Stitch Phone Books, Daily Planners,
  32. Rotary cards, Labels, Envelopes and more. This makes taking along any of
  33. your information very simple.

  35. Winfo Pro has DDE link support to WinFax Pro. This means you can use any
  36. phone numbers from Winfo directly in WinFax Pro.
